I just started a new part time job at a small nonprofit in San Diego. Your wait time before a doctor / dental benefits for three months, which I think is very long. What is the average time to receive medical and dental services in a new job?

rigth now I started for a hospital (office) work, benefits are working 31 / includes medical and vision dental/401k
Just recently we had to wait until 1 month after the expiry of at least 30 working days. I started 23rd August ..... After 30 days was .... 23. October, but could not receive benefits until 1 November.
